WarehouseStripOut.com is a trading name of Retail ABC Ltd. Retail ABC Ltd is responsible for the information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, telephone number, and optionally your email address, company, site postcode, building size, timescale, project details, the items on site and any files you upload (for example photos, drawings, stock lists or asset lists).

We also record which page you sent the enquiry from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed. If you click a WhatsApp button, we record that click and the page it was on. If our on-page help prompt appears, we record that it was shown, closed or used, with the page, the number of pages viewed in the visit and a random visit identifier (not linked to your identity). A one-way scrambled form of your connection's IP address is stored to prevent spam and abuse.

Why

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or valuation, and understand which pages and campaigns generate enquiries. We do not sell your information.

How it is stored

Enquiries and uploaded files are stored in our secure cloud backend. Uploaded files are held in private storage and have no public web address. Only authorised staff can access them.

If you use WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The page you arrived on and any campaign tags are held in your browser's session storage for the current visit only, and are used only to attach them to an enquiry. If you close the help prompt, your browser remembers that for 7 days (local storage) so it is not shown again; if you send an enquiry, it is not shown again.
